SafePoint HR is a family-owned consultancy specialising in the development and implementation of Human Resources (HR) and Safety Management Systems (SMS), with a particular focus on solutions built within Microsoft SharePoint. We bring together extensive expertise in HR and safety, leveraging SharePoint’s functionality to deliver systems that are compliant, intuitive, and fit for purpose.

Established in 2018, the consultancy has operated under the names Triplei Consulting and Tablelands Consulting, providing services primarily across Far North Queensland. The business has experienced steady growth through client referrals and the professional reputation of Directors Sally and Gary Rinehart as subject matter experts in HR and workplace safety.

Now operating as SafePoint HR, and following a recent relocation to Adelaide, the consultancy is positioned to support small and medium enterprises, local governments, and not-for-profit organisations with contemporary HR and safety solutions.

Gary Rinehart

Managing Director

Gary Rinehart is a results-driven executive with over 20 years’ experience leading organisations through complex change and operational improvement. With a strong background across executive, finance, and commercial roles in the construction and resources sectors, Gary is known for driving efficiency, accountability, and measurable performance outcomes.

He brings highly developed influencing and negotiation skills and has successfully delivered private and community infrastructure projects across government and industry environments. Gary combines sound commercial acumen with practical leadership, enabling organisations to align strategy with delivery while engaging stakeholders effectively.

Paul Rinehart

Lead Safety Consultant / Investigator

Paul is an experienced HR and WHS professional with a strong background in legislative interpretation, policy development, and complex case management. His career includes senior roles within Federal Government taskforces and investigative environments, providing a solid foundation in governance, procedural fairness, and evidence-based decision-making.

Over the past several years, Paul has specialised in the development and implementation of practical WHS and HR systems. His work includes designing policies and procedures, establishing risk, hazard and incident management frameworks, conducting workplace investigations, and supporting organisations to meet their evolving WHS obligations, including psychosocial risk management.

Paul brings a pragmatic, systems-focused approach to compliance, translating legislative requirements into clear, workable processes. He is known for delivering structured, defensible solutions that strengthen organisational capability while remaining practical and easy to implement.

Kasey Ireland

Automation Specialist Consultant

Kasey is a highly skilled SharePoint Developer and Process Automation Specialist with a strong track record in designing and delivering business-critical solutions across the Microsoft 365 and Power Platform ecosystem. She specialises in translating complex business requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions that improve efficiency, governance, and user experience.

With advanced expertise in SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI, Kasey delivers integrated systems that streamline workflows, enhance collaboration, and support compliance and reporting. Her experience includes custom SharePoint solutions, workflow automation, dynamic form design, and data integration, enabling organisations to maximise the value of their Microsoft 365 investment.
